The Couples SIG always welcomes new members from both the clinical and research communities. Members receive the following benefits:

Annual Membership Dues are:

If you are interested in joining, please (1) pay dues through Venmo, PayPal, or in person at the convention and then (2) Complete the membership renewal form and you will be added to the listserv.
How to pay dues:
Dues can be sent electronically to the treasurer McKenzie K. Roddy via Venmo (send payment to @McKenzie-Roddy) or via PayPal.com (send to firstname.lastname@example.org). It is important to designate the payment as "send to friends and family" to avoid processing fees. For all dues, please indicate “ABCT Couples SIG" in the note.
The Couples SIG listserv is used as a forum for academic discussions, therapy referral queries, research-related questions, and coordination of presentations and events at the ABCT Conference in November.
If you would like to be a member of the listserv, you must first join the Couples SIG. Once this process is underway, please contact the media coordinator(s) and request to be added to the listserv.
If you are already a member of the listserv, you send an email to the listserv by sending it to email@example.com. Please note that emailing firstname.lastname@example.org sends the email to everyone on the listserv (i.e., all members of the Couples SIG).
If you would like to email just the SIG officers, please send your email to email@example.com.
The Couples SIG hosts events at ABCT every year. The 2023 convention will be in Seattle on November 16-19, 2023.

The Couples SIG offers a variety of leadership opportunities for faculty and students hoping to get more involved. Elections happen for each position during the Fall and are open every two years. Student Co-Leaders, Newsletter Co-Editors, and Media Coordinators are elected during odd years, and Co-Leaders and Treasurer are elected during even years.
